CUSTOM ORDER POLICIES

Custom orders are welcome. Most orders are completed within 7-10 business days. We do not start custom orders until payment has been received. We currently use Paypal invoices for custom online orders and payment must be received within 24 hours or order will be cancelled. Other payment methods are available if agreed upon. Checks and money orders must clear bank before order shops.  

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We use USPS Priority shipping, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your item, once you receive your tracking number. USPS First Class mail is our second choice for a more economical option for our clients. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All ready made Diva Dickies are exchangeable or returnable for refund. Must be unworn, in new condition. Customer must contact Diva Dickies within 3 days of receiving item for refund authorization. Any items being returned after 3 days will be exchanged for store credit or item of equal value, given it is in new condition.  All Custom ordered Diva Dickies, Saddle Seat Vests and Consignment items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, Sales Final.

You will receive tracking number via email once your label has been created.

We do not share your personal information with 3rd parties. On occassion we send out newsletters to our customers that sign up.

CONSIGNMENTS

​

Currently we accept hunt seat coats, hunt shirts with collars, breeches, saddle seat suits, vests. all items must be in clean and show condition. Any items received with damage or not in acceptable condition will be returned to consignor at their cost. 

Our rate is 30% of final sale price.. Our rate covers, advertising on website, social media outlets, processing payments on your behalf. Consignor will receive proceeds from sales within 14 days of sale or as agreed upon between Diva Dickies and consignor.
